need more, less important minor bosses below them

ANTAGONISTS FOR THE SECOND HALF OF THE FIRST "ARC" WILL BE DAMASCUS AND BINALI
I'll be in charge of Damascus someone will need to be Binali

First "arc" is the Orphlegian exposure in their army. Playerbase should fully believe they are going to be in this army for the full length of the game. In reality, they'll only be with them for a year/year and a half oocly. The conclusion of "Act I"/first arc will be when Binali and Damascus perform a pincer movement and demolish the army, plus most if not all of the NPCs players got used to. Characters will then have maybe a month of downtime in... shitty conditions... before being released into the Nalani city for the second arc of the game.

This brings into question if shifting alliances should be allowed. Leaning towards "no" for logistics sake but traitors and moles should be available options for any characters who would stay faithful to the orphlegian army.

Nalani arc will have a couple months getting used to Nalani culture in their capital city of Renacht and some new mechanics will be introduced. Characters will keep the cuffs given to them and will possibly be assigned to caravans that will rotate for the first few "adjustment" months. Adjustment months will be the city/culture interludes where the game becomes slightly more downtime/slice of life oriented. This doesn't mean there will be goofy logs or stupid "team building" exercises, but more like everyday life with various city events and regimented practices/"practice missions"/training that the characters will go through on OOCLY a biweekly basis, ICLY it will be weekly with mandatory daily training. This is a segment that will also be present when the game starts in Oramos.
